Strange but good sounds like my kind of day.
Those mosaics are beautiful, where are they?

Outside the rather vast and pleasant shopping malls of Livingston in Scotland (which is a rather bleak town, but the malls are good to visit for coffee, meals and shopping).

Why gp good?
And more importantly
Why strange?

Stuff in my head John. You don't really want to go there... But good stuff today (which was one of the strange things). Long may strange goodness continue.

Beautiful mosaics.

Strange but good is not a bad combination. Certainly not dull. And I love the mosaics.

How interesting to walk on cleverly designed tiles towards one's somehow banal and repetitive coffee drinks.

I hope nobody would accept paper cups in that classy place.

Huge china mugs more like soup bowls and so large that a handle is needed on each side Claude, plus a rather fine mixed fruit flapjack and perfect peace for an hour to read a newspaper while my lady was exploring the shops (not that I ever need perfect peace from the company of my lady, of course, but still, it was good).

Looks strangely hallucinogenic from here.
