The article reads as if "experts" had discovered the "First Basque", eh? :)

I like it too Ashley.

It's about genes we have supposedly inherited from Neanderthals Sean, in The Sunday Times. I rush to say no link was being implied between that news and the photo of my dear lady.

Although it was extremely cold and windy today, as soon as I saw the title and your splendid photos, I dressed as warm as I could, and went out, clopin-clopant with my walker, to the nearest coffee shop. I sat on a hard bench, had a hot chocolate and a muffin, read about my Prime Minister, returning from the Middle east after giving many Canadian millions to a refuge camp near Syria. On my way home, I dropped my usual toony in the hat of the homeless guy, hoping he has a blanket and a warmer place than this corner to sleep tonight.

This was my Simply Sunday in Toronto. Don't know yet what I will do on Monday!

Glad to hear that Claude the Honorary Inuit battled through the icy wilderness to hunt down her hot chocolate and muffin.
