Yes, Cherie, we noticed significantly later light today actually (although the first photo was in bright mid-day sunshine. The 2nd one was at dusk.

Ah, thank you, Andrew. I thought so but was not sure. They are looking so . . . how to say? . . . 'frail' [?].
Here I have not seen wooden utility poles / telephone wires for years. All or almost all of them underground.
