Falling up again

I know I have not been away for the week's absence that I promised, but something was done sooner than I expected, and then I found a signal, so even though I am not exactly back yet, I suppose I am back here. I feel a bit disoriented, but that is normal (for me). Talking rubbish will continue, even when the disorientation wears off.

Oh, and taking a look outside, I can see this:

which is not a bad way to obstruct a view.

From this photo I am not sure if we are looking up or down...

Ah... I think you commented just as I was adding a 2nd photo, in which things are looking up.

It's a lovely view in itself, that second one.

Welcome back - and yes, that obstruction is a delight in itself.

Vertigo and contentment.

Is the top photo a reflection? Either way, I like it and the blooms are lovely. Welcome back.

Not a reflection actually Craig, but consider... it could perhaps be the view looking up and somewhat backwards while lying on a moving trolley... Hmm... Don't ask why it might be that, but I do find such idiosyncratic traits can lighten things up a bit, and nearly cause a crash actually, amidst much hilarity :) Well... I'm just saying it could be that... a man is entitled to maintain a little mystery is he not?

I have a one-bar signal at present, and fluctuating, but should be back in range of normality in a few days time. Aileen the Alien is with me too, but wishing she had perhaps been allowed to ride off into obscurity with the Don and Dulcinea.

You are off your trolley again now though, so to speak. Back to normal.

Ooo! Is that Scottish broom? I had that in my garden in Nova Scotia but I don't think it'll grow here in ONtario. Beautiful!
