Whenever there is a Wizard around it always involves a bit of Magic!!

Or just things that look like magic when we don't understand them. The real magic is reality, I'd say.

Yes those are the sort of things I mean when I use the word magic.

When I think of Wizard it always makes me think of a friend that could solve impossible computer problems as if by magic. Whenever he accomplished his task he always stated he was a Wizard ;-)

In that case I am a sort of careless bumbling chemical wizard. Think of the "Sorcerer's Apprentice" foolishly entrusted with a teaching role and you'll get the idea. My students know that if anyone is going to mess things up it will probably be me, so I try to just stand well back and give instructions. To seek sleep now, aided by a potion. The laboratory beckons again tomorrow morning.
